BALL FLOAT TRAPS

FEATURES :

The ball float controlled traps are designed for draining condensate from all types of Low, Medium and High pressure steam heating and process systems and equipments. This also includes air and gas system.
The Traps are available in high quality CI, Carbon Steel, and Stainless Steel, in horizontal as well as vertical / right angle constructions, with assured trouble free performance for any specific applications.

3. The float controlled trap is simple, rugged, dependable and versatile and can be adapted to function as :

Bellow Sealed Valve	½” to 12”	Bellow is of stainless steel to withstand, high pressure & tempreture.	For hazardous and corrosive fluids.
Angle Valve	½” to 14”	High flow capacity, Tight shut off correlated with ANSI B 16.104, High venerability well in excess of usual control system requirement.	Specially for very high pressure drop and also used where the fluids contain solid particles.

STRAINER

FUNCTION :

Used to protect a valve, or safety device on all pipelines.
Valves require strainers in order to function at high level of efficiency while preventing unwanted foreign particles from entering into them & causing extensive damage.
