FUNCTION  :  To fractionally distil multi – component mixtures at atmospheric pressure as well as at reduced pressures with high efficiency.

CAPACITY  :  50 Ltrs. To 5000 Ltrs. Reboiler  with 5 to 30 theoretical stages.

1. Reboiler is provided with mechanical agitator to accomplish uniform boil up of the mixture without localized heating & hence avoiding thermal shocks.
2. Controlled heating facility ensures fairly uniform boil up rates & avoids over heating.
3. Unique reflux distribution system with control panel & adjustable programme ensures high efficiency of separation.
4. Appropriate design of sub cooler ensures the entire material to be sub cooled to desired temperature before it is withdrawn.
